Add Option to tag the currently build version

The plugin should provide a setting to create a task which tags the current commit as the version wich is currently build.

• Configuration option in GitVersioningExtension
  • one for release versions
  • one for beta versions
• If set, create Task to create Tags, this Task must be integrated by the user
• Tag the current version
